We normally supply extracts from our own manufacturing partners. Some of our clients have their preferred manufacturers in the US, Canada,  and we can import whatever raw materials they wish from their preferred suppliers, on demand.

This is because we handles all the imports, and pay a premium for it, rather than dealing with imports, headaches and delays on their own. Customs are often unpredictable in the EU depending on the point of entry, among other things. They still get better prices than buying from EU-based manufacturers without any of the import problems.
